8 custom page designs, with one page design being used as a template for all Service pages, for a total actual page count of +/- 21 pages.
Additional Details
ONGOING SITE UPDATES & MAINTENANCE
I offer 2 options that deal with both maintenance and updates:
Ad-hoc maintenance @ R750/hr
Monthly maintenance retainer @ R2,500/month, with a minimum commitment of 3 months
The monthly retainer would give you
priority service and keep me on standby for any site updates and changes (attended to within 48 hours of the written request),
up to 1 new custom page added per month if needed,
maximum 5 hours per month.
Additional pages or work that falls outside of the retainer limits will be billed @ R500/hr.
DELIVERABLES & ASSET OWNERSHIP
By the end of the web design portion of this project, you will be given complete control of your own website, which will include a Framer account (where the site will be stored and the hosting subscription paid). If any branding work is done, all related files will be handed over as well once that part of the project is complete.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Brand Refresh & Digital Guide Creation
This option pairs perfectly with web design and would be aimed at providing a more polished, professional brand image for Cape Drilling, and will also include a Digital Brand Guide to act as a reference for any other design work involving the Cape Drilling brand, to keep it consistent everywhere it is visible to your customers. This will help with brand awareness, and will help position and further establish Cape Drilling as a serious player in the industry.

(the digital brand guide will be located as an extra page on your website and will be the place you would send anyone looking to design anything around your business, so they know exactly which fonts, colours, logo, etc to use in order to keep your brand looking the same everywhere)
The Timeline
- 2 months from date of deposit payment
Though the overall timeline for this project could be stretched depending on how quickly the animated explainer videos can be procured, the maximum estimated timeline for the actual web design portion of this project is 2 months.
The Price
- R45,000
Payable over 2 months, excluding Brand Refresh option
Other Costs
Hosting
~ R3,000 per year, payable to Framer
Maintenance and Updates
Option 1: R750/hr for ad-hoc maintenance or
Option 2: R2,500/month with minimum 3-month commitment for priority dedicated monthly maintenance and updates.
Brand Refresh (optional)
+ R10,000
Payment terms:
50% deposit required before work begins.
50% balance is due after project has been signed off by the client but before the finished website is handed over.
The Client is respectfully requested to please honour, to the best of their ability, the timeline agreed to in writing at the start of this project. If the timeline is exceeded by more than 14 business days due primarily to delays on the part of the Client, additional cost penalties in the form of hourly charges may be instated by Calbie Creative.
